Staff Welfare

Our staff comprises only of permanent employees with all standard benefits such as PF and ESI along with regular increments and allowances. We have a very good leave benefits policy and it works on a trust policy. Women employees can avail of a three months fully paid maternity leave with no loss in benefits on return to employments.

Additionally, employees get monthly as well as annual incentives on achieving set performance targets. Other established HR practices include – motivational awards, team awards, trainings, career development, growth and promotions. This has kept the attrition rate very low, thereby `ensuring continuity in service to our customers.
