Nikad The Company

We have a specialized Human Resources team, which is responsible for recruiting, training, and deputing staff and providing the necessary support systems in each of the cities in which we operate.

Our customer relations division maintains a one on one contact with our clientele to ensure that the placement of manpower and problem solving is executed in a 24 hour turn round frame work.

Training

Prior to deputation, staff members undergo an in-house training and orientation program to tune them to the requirements of banking operations.

Appointment and feedback

A member from our training department accompanies the new recruit until he/she is at ease in his new position. We seek feedback from the Branch and Operation Heads at regular intervals. We replace the candidate, if necessary.
