Nikad India Business Solutions Pvt Ltd and its sister concern Talking Technologies Pvt Ltd runs two NIIT centers in our Kilpauk premises in Ambatur. We also have a corporate training facility in the heart of Chennai to conduct employee or customer training programs and walk-in recruitment tests. Some of the companies who have utilized our premises for training include HP India, Wipro, Alcatel, and Sutherland Technology.

Manpower Services: We have outsourced manpower for the last 15 years to major IT Companies and Banks in Chennai. The company has over 500 personnel working at various branches of Tata Consultancy Services in Chennai and some personnel working at site at projects in various parts of the country. The company has also outsourced over a 100 personnel working at the Tata Consultancy Services branch in Coimbatore.
